We have lovingly created a calm and gentle space to welcome our parents and new babies in to The Baby Cloud, making their very first Baby Class an extra special (and easy) experience. These sessions host:

• Space & classes designed especially for the 4th Trimester
• Classes are centered around learning a gorgeous Baby Massage routine (accredited by the Royal College of Midwives)
• We share researched techniques on soothing many common baby worries e.g. colic, teething etc
• We share info baby’s natural reflexes & abilities
• We look at baby’s feet and how they are connected to their bodies and brains
• How to read your baby’s movements and sounds
• How to play with Baby in their first 4 months
• Baby Meditation with soft lights & projections
• We have a taste of sensory play & baby yoga in our last session
